Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter – the Terms) govern the mutual rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the online store “VINautodalys” (hereinafter – the Seller) and the customer (hereinafter – the Buyer).
By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms.
The Seller’s details (company name, registration number, address, VAT number) are published in the “Contact” section of the website.
2. Conclusion of the Contract
The purchase and sale contract is considered concluded when the Buyer places an order and receives an order confirmation by email.
The Seller reserves the right not to confirm or to cancel an order if:
- The product is not available in the supplier’s warehouse;
- An obvious pricing error has occurred;
- Additional VIN verification is required.
3. Products and Prices
All prices are indicated in euros (€). If the Seller is a VAT payer, prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only.
Products may be delivered directly from supplier warehouses located in Lithuania or abroad.
4. Payment
Products may be paid for using the payment methods specified on the website.
Order processing begins only after payment has been received.
5. Delivery
Products are usually delivered within 1–5 business days if available in the supplier’s warehouse.
The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by logistics partners or suppliers.
6. Returns
A consumer (natural person) has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.
Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
The following products are non-returnable:
- Products specially ordered based on a VIN number;
- Individually selected parts;
- Electronic or electrical parts after installation;
- Installed or used products.
7. Warranty
The warranty is provided in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
The warranty does not apply if the part was installed incorrectly or used improperly.
8. Liability
The Buyer is responsible for providing an accurate VIN number.
The Seller is not liable for damages resulting from incorrect part selection or improper installation.
9. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
